6.0La posizione vicina a diverse fermate dei mezzi pubblici e in una zona con diversi localie. Ottime anche le dimensioni della stanza.
− Struttura totalmente da rinnovare. Una moquette totalmente vecchia sui pavimenti che attrae polvere. Assenza di aria condizionata (colpa mia non averlo letto prima). Si è sofferto il caldo. Personale per nulla accogliente.
