− This was my second stay at this hotel. Compared to my previous visit three years ago, I was disappointed to see that the overall quality has declined significantly. The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The breakfast was very limited and nothing like what I remembered from my last stay. The room was not cleaned properly. Every morning, housekeeping only made the bed and replaced the soap in the bathroom, without carrying out a thorough cleaning. In addition, none of the in-room safes were working, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel also did not provide a luggage storage room, so there was nowhere to leave my luggage before check-in. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the positive impression I had from my previous stay.
