− Très mauvais acceuil. En plus, j'ai prolongé mon séjour d'un jour et on m'a facturé au prix du double de celui de Booking. Comment comprendre ?

Exceptional Day and Evening reception, gave us a free souvenir we enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more of the hotels surroundings and plenty of food centres and restaurants around. It's also very affordable.

− For such a short stay for new tourists probably not the best in terms of location.

The location of the hotel was very nice and easy to access to MRT to move around the city as well as close to several groceries store. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was well cleaned.

− The noise on the floor where I stayed but that doesn't depend on the hotel or staff itself, just the guests, maybe I wasn't lucky with the people next to my room since I was at the hotel only to sleep since the rest of the day I was out, but for the moment of sleeping and rest at night, it was a bit annoying, but has nothing to do with the facilities or the staff. Also, it's true that the windows weren't really well noise cancelled since the noises from the street were easy to be listened at night again, but that's fine, bit annoying but I cannot say a lot about that. One last thing, the fact of the toilet and shower being on the same spot, was a little bit uncomfortable. I know it's a small room but it was a bit of a problem of having the shower alongside the toilet since sometimes when I was passing by I was opening the shower by mistake and getting wet about it. When I say on the questionnaire I wouldn't go back there is just because for what's offered, the price is high, I don't mind to go back to this hotel if the price decreases because at the end I only wanted the hotel for resting at night and even if it was for spend some more time there, the price was quite high especially with what's offered at the hotel itself. But don't get me wrong with my words, for a 2 night stay as I did, is probably the best option at least at the moment I booked.

Location was relatively convenient

− The main issue during my stay was visible mold in the room. This is not a minor cosmetic problem but a serious hygiene and health concern, especially in a paid hotel room at this price level The condition of the room did not match reasonable cleanliness standards and made the stay very uncomfortable. I contacted Booking.com support and provided photo evidence. To their credit, they acknowledged that the condition of the room was unacceptable, however the final compensation offered was minimal compared to the severity of the issue and the overall booking cost
