9.0Location, washing machine in the room, individual AC, the room is bigger than other hotels in Tokyo, quiet and safe neighborhood
− Cleanliness could be improved, the wall has stains all over, room smells like dog and sweat (I understand it's a dog friendly hotel, but maybe they could at least air it out before the next guest check-in, or has dedicated rooms for guests who stays without dog), no trashcan in the toilet room
