− No fault of The Old Capital, but there was construction just outside the premises. This made it noisy and busier than usual.

10.0It was a charming small inn in the old town part of Bangkok. It was, unfortunately surrounded by construction. The staff was wonderful and so willing to help with anything. Breakfast was very good

A real gem of a find in Bangkok Old Town
10.0Quiet rooms with comfortable twin beds, quiet aircon, and everything you need. Super friendly and very helpful staff team. Great communications prior to arrival including advice about the neighbourhood and transfers. The most amazing breakfast waffles we've had yet in Thailand. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

− Nothing - there are building works in the area however they were very upfront about this and outside of their control.

9.0Beautiful room, lovely staff, and a tasty breakfast.
− The location is undergoing construction which didn’t disturb us but made it complicated to walk places. Two pillows per person would have been nice. We didn’t notice til we went to bed that we only had one each.

Please note that the road construction work in front of the hotel will be going on 24 hours from May 2023 onwards and some rooms may be affected by noise.
