10.0What a little gem - so glad I found this hotel. The staff, the rooms and the bar were fab. Travelled alone as down for a hen night and felt really safe here.
− Breakfast was expensive
It was ok- not great.
6.0It was ok. I think it was overpriced for what it was.
− Lift didn’t work and I was on the 3rd floor.

− Asansör çalışmıyor , klimalar yetersiz, kahvaltıda bir waffle nin tamamlayıcı unsurları yok ( çikolata sos gibi) açılmış ve içinden kullanılmış reçel getiriyorlar otele giriş yaparken yanıltıcı resim ve puanlama belirtiyorlar ve bununla ilgili otel oda ve bölümlerini görmek istediğinde iptal ihtimalini ortadan kaldırmak için check in yapmadan gösteremeyiz diyorlar ve bunu gibi ilanlarıyla uyuşmayan bir çok durum sözkonusu
Great location
9.0Lovely room with fantastic bed linen and pillows. Slightly on small size hence docking a mark. Really great location for Hyde Park and central tube line (3 minutes walk) yet quiet location . Toiletries were amazing too. Breakfast excellently cooked and tasty. Great, friendly staff.
− Room slightly on small size and could do with a kettle rather then 4 complimentary coffee pods! Does need clearer identification sign at entrance as took a while to work out that the door led into hotel

9.0Good efficient and mostly friendly staff
− Great comfortable room and bed, really good shower, terrific air con. Not your fault, but if the lift isn’t working, 3rd or higher floors are quite a hike with luggage.
