Night out at winter wonderland
10.0The room was amazing
− Nothing
Cheap but will never return.
5.0Cheap
− Uncomfortable bed, noisy neighbours!
Good location
8.0Good location and good room
Just don't do it
2.0Nothing no heat no fan that worked. No TV just bad smell mould and noise. No lamp just a big light
− The mould in the bathroom how close the window is to next room so noisy and smelly.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - might even go back....
5.0A good quick place to snooze after a club night. EXCELLENT LOCATION. 5min walk to Aldgate East Station. £51 meant very low expectations and they delivered that.
− Without this site, I wouldn't have known to collect my key at the Kebab joint next door. THOSE GUYS ARE GREAT!!! They tried to help me more than once, but this isn't their property. So when the owner forgot to give them my name and key, my email receipt meant nothing to them. It took about 20minutes to call and sort it out which almost made me miss the entry deadline for the event I bought tickets and still hadn't gotten dressed for. This last-minute arrangement led to me getting a single bed even though I booked a double. The 2 flights of stairs are VERY STEEP, but the room and sheets had a basic cleanliness to them. The bathroom was slightly better than expected (think "uni accommodation") and queueing wasn't a problem but I didn't feel comfortable washing there. Many local food options, relatively cheap and very convenient place to sleep after a big night out.
Set your expectations low and get a comfy bed for not a lot of money
6.0Cost effective and in a very convenient location for the city of London. Clean and comfortable bed. Free Wifi.
− This is a very cheap room for central London so dont set you expectations too high or you will be disappointed . The room is a bit scruffy, the curtain hardly covers the window and lets on loads of light from the street signs outside. the fire alarm has been removed. Shared toilet was ok, maybe there was a shower but I never found it.
