One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. There is no reception at all, no staff available, and no one to help with
1.0Nothing. Unfortunately, there was nothing positive worth mentioning about this property.
− There is no reception at all and no staff available to assist guests. There are no services provided whatsoever. No elevator in the building, which made carrying luggage extremely difficult and exhausting. The place feels unmanaged and poorly organized, and the overall experience was very disappointing.

− La camera non era quella della foto, non tanto pulito, la camera fatta dopo dieci giorni. Ma ci ritornerei comunque per la posizione, c'è tutto quello che serve,mezzi pubblici, supermercati, locali.

7.0The bed was comfortable. Very good location.
− The bathroom was dirty, specially in the shower area. The tiles and the grout was full of mould. The whole suite was smelling cigarette. There was a laundry machine, however there was no place to hang up the clothes.
