5.0The reception staff were excellent, friendly, and always willing to help. Housekeeping was also outstanding, and the rooms were cleaned very well every day.
− The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation and maintenance. The breakfast was disappointing, so we chose to have breakfast outside the hotel every day. The rooms were very small—once you placed a suitcase next to the bed, there was barely any space to move around. The lighting in both the rooms and the hallways was extremely dim, making the hotel feel quite dark. Another inconvenience was that we had to enter the Wi-Fi password every day on each device instead of staying connected. The hotel is located in a wholesale market area, which is not very convenient for walking around or for tourists.

В пешей доступности находятся главные достопримечательности Стамбула: мечеть Султанахмет, Айя-София, дворец Топкапы, мечеть Сулеймание, район Лалели и тд. В отеле всегда чисто и уютно, номера регулярно убирают. Персонал очень приветливый, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь. Отдельный плюс-круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Остались только приятные впечатления. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова и могу смело рекомендовать этот отель!

10.0Thourghly enjoyed our stay. Appreciate Mohammed at the reception desk for his guidance and professionalism. He was patient and always willing to assist when needed. All the staff were welcoming and made our stay pleasant. The room and bathroom were clean, aircom worked amazingly in the hot weather. Would recommend.

7.0El hotel cumple todas las expectativas si tu viaje es para conocer la cuidad bien comunicado. A un paseo del tranvia T1. El personal está muy atento.
− Por poner un pero, aunque correcto, un poco flojo en el desayuno y aunque tiene terraza, lo que permitía desayunar fresquito, las vistas no tienen nada de encanto. Aun así, nuestra experiencia fue buena.
