− The room was in poor condition, with very dirty walls and furniture. The bathroom was extremely small. Noise was a major issue throughout the night, including a constantly dripping sink, continuously running external air-conditioning units, slamming doors, and loud conversations. Most disruptive of all was a persistent buzzing noise coming from the corridor, occurring every two minutes and lasting around 15 seconds, making it impossible to get a proper night's sleep.
