In general, satisfying with a few minor issue
6.0The location was really good. The room was slightly small, with not enough space. The staff was so helpful. I had difficulty locating the hostel due to the lack of visible signage for both the hostel and the car park.

Overall very good for money
8.0Staff were very nice and friendly, gave me and some people in my own a personal bed fan as well as 2 stand fans during the 37°c heatwave, a lot of fully equipped bathrooms as well as an ensuit Very friendly atmosphere, people sitting outside on benches, chatting in reception and things like that 24hr reception, towels cost £5 but can swap them out for no fee, plug in bed with a lockable cupboard and underbed storage but need to either have own lock or rent
− The kitchen was a bit small so multiple people cooking was a bit cramped, but loads of fridge space and good system for food storage Rooms where HOT in the heatwave, no building AC installed and windows don't open very much but staff offered fans to compensate, but costed me around £30 a night in central London and was 5 mins away from tube station so minimal issues

8.0Very easy to get around from. Prices are reasonable and not everything has a charge like some hostels.
− Laundry is coin operated and there is no way to get coins on the property. Very limited space to hang and store items.
