Wonderfully clean and convenient stay with great staff and comfy beds. Just have good earplugs! :)
8.0We will stay here again in the future! Super convenient, just above a Family Mart with a 7-11 across the street and only 5 min from the train station. Amazing AC in the middle of July! Very clean bathrooms/showers. Wonderful and attentive staff!
− The walls are actually so thin that you can hear your neighbor sniff their nose haha, and the 24/7 endless parade of ambulances, police and fire trucks will be a problem for you if you don’t like earplugs. I happen to sleep very well with them, so this did not bother me, especially with all the other conveniences making me happy! :)

9.0Great location, very close to the train station and only 1 stop away from Shinkuku Station. Owner let us check in early which was great, and store our luggage after checkout. The shared bathrooms were clean throughout our stay, the place is small so i don't think theyre shared with many people. Our room was satisfactory, it had enough space and the beds were comfortable. Overall my friend and I had a really nice stay here, great value for money.
