部屋が良いだけに残念

川沿いの好きなエリアです。いつもは川沿いか、もう一つ手前の通り奥のホテルに泊まっています。今回このホテルは初めて泊まりました。階段が無かったですが、部屋は大変居心地良く良かったです。フリーのアイスのサービスも良かった。掃除のスタッフの女の人は感じ良かった。

− 宿泊者が少なかったからか、チェックインの説明が殆どなかった。1階のキッチンに使った食器そのままで放置で汚かったし、テーブルも色んな荷物置かれたまま、階段下もゴミや箱とかが置きっぱなしであった。受付の女の人が2人いて、背の高い方の人は、にこやかで感じ良かった。もう一人の背の低いやや太った女の人は不愛想。出入りする時もスマホ見たまま。朝に朝食に行くと、その人は受付のイスに毛布かぶって寝ていた。全く起きないので驚いた。朝食にホットケーキ出されると聞いていたが、2日間は無かった。3日の朝に希望すれば出されたようだが、聞かれなかった。私がアジア人だからサービスが低いのか？宿泊費これ以上なら泊まらない。良いとの評価だがそうは思わなかった。今まで宿泊していた近くのホステルの方が良い。部屋が良いだけに残念です。
