24/7 front room security. Daily cleaning of common areas and room. Short walk away from fast food/Walgreens. Ample open shelf space in room for luggage. x3 refrigerators House cat good vs. rodents, bad if you're allergic. If not full w guests generally comfortable leisure lounge areas TV w trial subscriptions. Bathrooms cleaned daily. Door lock codes recently changed. Open back yard space to park/lock bicycle.

A bit crowded when full. Cooking ware a bit long in the tooth. No butter knives(!) Open pantry for storing food but sometimes little space (& refrigerator) when many guests. Hygiene for cookware varied among guests.

Security 24/7 at entrance. walgreens & Fast food short walk away. Publix further out. Locked back yard area for smoking and parking bicycles. Has TV with guests/trial viewing. Open shelf space in room for luggage and in dining/kitchen area for foods.

Open shelves are on an honor basis, long term and w guest changes may find your food items.missing. utensils and pans to cook but slightly long in the tooth. Open shelving and varied ways of securing foods attract roaches. There is a house cat. Good for rodent prevention, bad if you're allergic. Maybe just misfortune, or lack of tolerance between cirrent guests but there was a fight tween guests (6/10/26) m/f. Police and EMTs called.

Great, quiet location near major transport hubs and stores just a short walk away.

Mattresses were. firm, seemed new. The comforters were warm and comfy. Great steamy hot showers.(cycling in miami, hot showers are a godsend!) Security 24/7. Host cleaned and moped rooms daily, kept outside areas trimmed.. Full coin operated laundry suite on site (with change machines). Stores and fast food restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Vibrant flora Florida is known for are visible around local houses. Airport and Amtrak station are a short car ride away. Guest all seem respectful, keeping to themselves yet open to and replying to friendly greetings. Ample shelf space in rooms and in kitchen/dining area for storing food stuffs (No house coffee tho). Absolutely no alcohol allowed on hostel property. Ample outside areas for those that smoke. i lucked out with a window bed ideal for reading, writing and sketching by daylight. Host is quietly subtle but receptive.

When full, kitchen and dining areas can be tight, after a day or so, you can gauge a slot for yourself to use kitchen/ eat in table area. Many utensils but some are long in the tooth, blunt and no chopsticks :( as in most hostels i would clean anything before use as with that many guests, there are varied hygiene levels. Only 2 bathrooms but guests awareness & responsibility has one almost always available within a few minutes (guest bathrooms are ALWAYS clean)
