9.0Das Zimmer in einem sehr qualitätvoll hergerichtete Mehrfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage besticht vor allem durch seinen freundlichen und weltoffenen Vermieter. Der freundliche Mitbewohner, mit dem wir uns das sehr schöne Badzimmer teilten war fast unsichtbar. Die große Wohnküche ist Treffpunkt mit schönem Ambiente. Der vor dem Haus verkehrende BVG-Bus ist geräuscharm und die Einkaufmöglichkeiten in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

9.0A little out of the way, but a lovely part of Berlin to see, with good history (Schönhausen castle and the Majakowsky Ring) and public space around it. A very gracious host, too.

10.0とにかくオーナーのホスピタリティが素晴らしかった。まず事前の案内も含め、十分にコミュニケーションを取ってくださったことで安心感があった。滞在中も施設利用に関して常に丁寧に説明してくださった。共用のリビングが広々として気持ちよく、また調理器具のみならず調味料も揃っていて重宝した。近くに散歩に適した公園があり閑静な住宅街で素晴らしい環境だった。これまでのベルリン滞在で最高の宿泊所です。またお世話になりたい。ありがとうございました。
