The room on the second floor. It is neat and clean. The mattress is comfortable. The room decoration was thoughtfully designed by the host, blending modern wall art with a mid-century style bedside lamp—a fusion of the contemporary and the vintage that fills the room with artistic flair. Amenities include a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, and cookies, allowing you to enjoy a coffee without even leaving the room. The shared bathroom is spotless and stocked with shampoo and body wash. If you makeup, the large and illuminated mirror certainly won't disappoint. The host was very frindly. Letting us to use the refrigerator, microwave, and other necessary items. The house is situated near a school, so it is quiet at night. It is a walk of just over 10 minutes to Westminster station, But if you are driving here free parking is available.

− We booked this room specifically because we saw it had air conditioning, given the recent hot weather. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to discover that there was no air conditioning in the room.

Very nice accommodation! Really liked it. We had 2 concerts for our 3 night stay. They were very accommodating and helpful. Also a lovely cat to greet you home every night.

Soggiorno eccellente a Londra Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante il nostro viaggio a Londra e l'esperienza è stata davvero ottima. La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: si trova in una zona tranquilla di Rotherhithe, perfettamente collegata al resto della città. La fermata dell'autobus si trova a soli due minuti a piedi, mentre la metropolitana è raggiungibile in circa otto minuti, permettendo di spostarsi facilmente verso tutte le principali attrazioni di Londra. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Riccardo, il proprietario, una persona davvero squisita. Gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire informazioni e consigli utili, riesce a creare fin da subito un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare. È una persona estremamente amichevole, alla mano e attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. La casa è accogliente, raccolta ma completa di tutto ciò che può servire durante un soggiorno a Londra. La camera degli ospiti è ben attrezzata e pensata per garantire il massimo comfort, sia che si resti una sola notte sia che si trascorra un'intera settimana. Anche il bagno condiviso non rappresenta minimamente un problema: viene mantenuto costantemente pulito e permette comunque di avere la propria privacy e tranquillità. Vorrei inoltre sottolineare un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Io e mia sorella abbiamo avuto un imprevisto piuttosto importante durante il soggiorno e Riccardo non solo non ha sollevato alcun problema, ma si è dimostrato estremamente comprensivo, disponibile e pronto a venirci incontro. La sua umanità, flessibilità e attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti sono qualità sempre più rare e meritano davvero di essere riconosciute. Consiglierei questa sistemazione senza alcuna esitazione a chiunque cerchi un alloggio comodo, pulito, ben collegato e gestito da una persona che mette al primo posto l'ospitalità. Se dovessimo tornare a Londra, sarebbe sicuramente una delle nostre prime scelte. 😊🇬🇧

Lovely ‘guest room’ set in a quiet cul de sac, we were made to feel very at home, with the option to use the kitchen etc. Guest room had all we need - kettle, towels, fruit, water, wi-fi, TV- and bathroom was stunning, great shower. Very welcoming and professional hosts, and a cute cat 🐈
