10.0Super sauber und liebvoll eingerichtet. Der gastgeber ist total nett und immer für einen Schnack zu haben und hat sogar morgens seinen (sehr leckeren) Smoothie mit mir geteilt!

3.0Das Bett war bequem. Die Wohnung sauber. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Getränken. Die Wegbeschreibung war hilfreich.
− Mir hat gar nicht gefallen, dass es sich quasi um ein WG Zimmer handelte. Der Wohnungseigentümer wohnt auch in der Wohnung und hat unangemessenen Gesprächsbedarf. Das Bad ist mit ihm zu teilen. Zimmer und Bad können nicht abgeschlossen werden. Ich habe mich atmosphärisch sehr unwohl und nicht sicher gefühlt und bin vorzeitig abgereist. Trotz Doppelfenster eine laute Wohnung.

Рядом есть несколько магазинов и ресторан. Ночью тихо, в особенности, если закрывать окно. В шаговой доступности метро и автобус, что позволит легко добраться докуда угодно. Хозяин очень ценит чувство комфорта своих гостей; квартира обставлена необычно, но очень уютно, и сюда точно хочется вернуться снова.

9.0Wer was Besonderes will und einmal kein anonymes Hotel braucht,sollte hier buchen.Lecker Smoothie, Kaffee und Gespräche wenn es denn passt.
Een fijne homestay voor je bezoek aan Berlijn!
8.0De accommodatie ligt op een hele fijne locatie op loopafstand van leuke restaurantjes en de U-baan die je in enkele minuten naar hartje centrum Berlijn brengt. De slaapkamer was verder heel ruim en sfeervol. Tot slot was de gastheer Jozef (je huisgenoot!) hartelijk en heeft hij een gave voor het maken van heerlijke smoothies!
