8.0Nice room with great view in an excellent location.
− 1. Not recommended for elderly with suitcase, since getting to the 3rd floor on dutch stairs was a struggle. 2. It does not have air conditioning, just a small fan, which makes it hot in the summer. 3. After arriving at the specified address, we were taken to another building 400 feet away
Great place! Stairs took a little to get used to but it was well worth it. Beautiful communal balcony. Loved it!
9.0The area was very walkable! The property had linens and enough dishes/items for us to have some meals in the apartment. Easy communication with owner. We met him on our last night and he was super nice, checking in if we needed help with our bags when we were leaving.
− The bedroom window didn’t open. It was a hot weekend and we had to move the mattresses into the living room for the open window. They did have fans that were very helpful when directed by the open windows.

− Somewhat steep 4 volleys of stairs, but what to expect in Amsterdam center...

10.0Lovely apartment in a great location looking over the canals! Kitchen is functional and bed comfortable, everything you need in Amsterdam.
− There is no air conditioning which we knew at booking and there was a great fan provided. It was summer but not too hot while we were in Amsterdam so it was fine.
