9.0Квартира була затишна та охайна. Єдиний нюанс-високі майже вертикальні сходи на 2 поверх. В будівлі на 1 поверсі є coffee shop (можливо, когось може турбувати характерний легкий запах))))) та піцерія. До площі Дам та центру- 15-20 хв пішки. Гарне співвідношення ціни та якості, якщо ви плануєте активно проводити час в місті.

7.0Very similar to the photographs, no surprises there. The air con was a saviour for the hear wave.
− Cobwebs in the home. The bathroom had moulds. The staircase was super steep and there wasn't any support on the requests we sent.
Zeker aan verbetering toe wat hygiëne betreft
5.0De ontvangst door een jonge Mexicaanse dame die ook zeer goed Engels sprak. De metro halte richting het centrum en andere richtingen lag voor de deur en het centrum was eigenlijk ook zo om de hoek plus minus 20 minutjes lopen. En om de hoek was een zeer goede, lokale Amsterdamse en niet te dure supermarkt Sterk, waar ook verse maaltijden in de keuken werden bereid. Zeker een aanrader!!!
− Soms de sterke vieze geuren van de coffeeshop. De hygiëne laat te wensen over, er was "schoongemaakt" voor aankomst maar het leek meer dat er flink met gloor/bleekmiddel was gestrooid. De plafond en hoeken waren vies met spinnenwebben en stof. De verwarming op de badkamer bijna helemaal geroest. Op sommige kussens zaten wat vlekken en sommige waren veel te dun voor te slapen. De airconditioner deed het goed en koelde goed, zag er alleen heel vies en niet schoongemaakt uit.
