EXCELLENT LOCATION, GREAT VIEW AND GOOD FACILITIES.
9.0Great location, 5 min walk from Dubai Marina and JBR beach, with a great selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool is shaded most of the time but it’s heated, so it felt great. The gym had great machines and was spacious and clean. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, making it a wonderful stay in Dubai. We will be back.
− The one thing we didn’t like was the traffic blaring horns every now and then.

− Квартира в реальности не соответствует фото. На самом деле все очень старое, побитое и тд. Выглядит так будто эти фото сделаны лет 10 назад если не больше. Ванна ужасная. Кровать и подушки все пролежанное, в комках, очень не удобно спать. На улице рядом с квартирой какие-то генераторы и от них постоянно сильный шум. Жаловались хозяевам что квартира не соответствует своей цене и фото, в итоге нам вернули только 10% и то не со всей суммы. Эта квартира не стоит своих денег, не берите ее
Simple and good apartment
8.0Excellent location in Dubai Marina. Good money value. The apartment has all the minimum necessary things like dishes, a washing machine, and a microwave.
− The apartment has a nice view of the beach, but we found the closest access to the beach 30 minutes away, not 10 minutes. Hotels block access to the beach. It would be nice to have a dishwasher or at least a soap and a dish sponge, and a washing machine with a drier.

9.0Perfect. Small and simple, still comfy and lively. I really liked it.
− The noise from the AC machines from a neighboring building is enormous so I did not want to stay on the balcony or leave a window open at night. Everything else was super.
