− Wandanstrich über Spüle renovierungsbedürftig (eigentlich Fliesen erforderlich), Küchenmöbel und Schlafsofa abgenutzt, im Bad Schimmel in Dusche/an Duschvorhang

8.0Konumu harika. U bahn istasyonu dairenin hemen önünde, merkezi konumlara ulaşımı rahattı. Çok ferah bir daireydi, biz iki kişi kaldık ancak 4 kişilik bir aile bile rahat edebilir. Balkonunun ve sokağının atmosferi de güzeldi.
− Almanya’nın genelinin muzdarip olduğu aşırı sıcaklarda gitmiş bulunduk maalesef. Klima bulunmaması tatsız bir durum. Vantilatör konulabilirdi en azından.
Excellent location and comfy apartment
9.02 Minutes walk from nearest U station. Incredible quiet location. Department store is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast cafe, Mexican and Italian food joints within 50 meters. Decent, big apartment with loads of air and light.
− If I have to be picky, then the couch is a bit worn down and can use replacement.

3.0Alles sehr einfach gehalten und leider alles sehr runter gekommen
− Die Couch ist sehr alt, schmutzig und runtergekommen. Im Bad will man sich nicht wirklich aufhalten und es ist kein Doppelbett sondern zwei zusammen gestellten Einzelbetten, was nicht schön ist als Paar. Leider ist es auch laut und hellhörig.

9.0Tres central. Tout près dune station de métro, à mi chemin entre Potsdamer platz et Alexander platz mais dans un quartier calme et donnant sur une cour. Appartement simple mais bien équipé. Et package de bienvenue (café, filtres, huile olive, etc.). Les lits étaient faits. Récupération des clés sur place. Pas de ménage à faire en partant. Bonne communication avec l'hote via messagerie.
