unfortunate demands for deposits, nice place but inconveniently located

− I didn’t like that a 150 Euro security deposit was demanded, that we were charged 30 Euros for the second person in a couple, though there were a number of busses within a block or so we were at least 45 minutes from anything we wanted to see. a couple of uninteresting restaurants a few blocks away. next time I will try to stay in the livelier Hauchter Market area, right near the U and S ban
Volkhard is a super kind host, he makes our stay in Berlin very comfortable.
