Für den Preis absolut nicht fair, gibt Hostelvibes.
4.0Die Betten waren sauber.
− Der Boden war dreckig, im Bad lag eine tote Fliege, die Wände sind teils verschmutzt, die Stühle sind dreckig, dreckiges Geschirr, Ausstattung die angegeben wurde, war nicht zu finden (z.B. Backofen)

7.0Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke optimal. Lebendiges Viertel, Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten, Spielplätze, ÖPNV. Auch die Größe und Ausstattung hat sehr gut für uns gepasst.
− Die Heizung ist nicht richtig warm geworden. Das war mit zwei kleinen Kindern nicht ganz optimal. Zudem könnte man den Aufenthalt mit ein paar wenigen Handgriffen und Investitionen deutlich angenehmer gestalten und das Preis-Leistungsniveau-Verhältnis verbessern. Ich denke u.a. an einen Stöpsel für das Badezimmer-Waschbecken, eine neue Klobürste, das Entfernen von Spinnweben und Fenster putzen und das Festschrauben von Tür- und Fenstergriffen.

8.0Ruim en comfortabel, aan zeer rustige binnenplaats. Kleine keuken, maar voldoende voor gebruik. Dichtbij Karl Marxstrasse (metro en winkels). We konden onze bagage al vroeg brengen. Er was iemand bezig de deur te openen voor ons, maar dat lukte niet. Toen kregen we een overnachting in hotel Comenius aangeboden, dat was top. Vervoer werd verzorgd. Volgende dag met taxi naar appartement, zeer goed geregeld.
− Verlichting in appartement was vooral 1 grote plafonniere. De enige schemerlamp (niet verplaatsbaar) stond in een hoek waar je er niet veel aan had. Binnenkomst bij stofzuiger, vegers en schoonmaakartiklen was minder gezellig, maar eenmaal binnen was dit uit het zicht.

Spacious apartment and excellent location!
10.0The apartment was great, very spacious and has everything you need and more! It is perfectly located, about 5 min walk from the U-Bahn and 15min walk from the S-bahn. The area where the apartment is located is very nice with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, oil and even laundry detergent in the accommodation. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and replied very quickly! Would definitely rebook :)
