Zugang beim Self-Check-In schwierig
5.0− Der Self-Check in funktioniert nicht auf Anhieb, es ist komplziert. Kein Mensch ist vor Ort, der einem hilft. Auf der Hotline muss man x-mal anrufen, ehe jemand rangeht. Dann melden sich Ausländerinnen mit schwachen Deutsch-Kenntnissen, die auch nicht wirklich helfen könne. Das bei so einem Apartment-Hotel in Berlin niemand in Berlin vor Ort ist geht wirklich nicht. Nicht empfehlenswert.

7.0Unkomplizierter CheckIn, alles sauber, bequemes Bett, tolle Dusche, ansprechend eingerichtet. Küchenausstattung mit dem Nötigsten. Schön fand ich dass Spüli, Spülmaschinentaps, löslicher Kaffee, Ohropax und im Bad Duschzeug etc vorhanden war. Das ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit wenig Gepäck eine nette Geste, wenn wir es bis auf Kaffee auch nicht brauchten.
− Für zwei Personen wäre die Wohnung prima, aber wir waren zu dritt. Das Schlafzimmer ist KEIN separater Raum. Alles bis auf das Bad ist ein offenes Zimmer. Das war aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich und das fand ich mies. Zentral über Restaurants gelegen, ist keine absolute Ruhe in der Nacht zu erwarten, also fand ich den Restaurant- und Herumräumelärm zu erwarten und okay. Allerdings war der Innenhof die ganze Nacht hell erleuchtet und ein Fenster des Raumes ohne Vorhang oder Rollo. Da müsste nachgebessert werden.
