Appartamento situato in una posizione alquanto centrale di Madrid, prossima sia al Mercato, sia a Puerta del Sol. L'alloggio era spazioso, pulito e molto silenzioso. Ho trovato particolarmente comodo non avere delle chiavi da portare sempre appresso, grazie al codice di ingresso sia del portone d'ingresso al palazzo che a quello dell'alloggio stesso. Ci sono molti locali nelle immediate vicinanze per soddisfare qualunque esigenza.

− Alloggiando nell'appartamento in 3 persone, abbiamo usufruito del divano letto. Purtroppo, questo era particolarmente scomodo e convergente verso il centro.

Beautiful property, close to everything in central Madrid. Lots of space and well catered for, a great place to stay with all amenities.

Ok of you like an Air BNB

I liked the location; truly in downtown Madrid with most sites of interest within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The price was competive with hotels had we need 3 rooms. It was clean and, again, everything worked (stingy in yhe air conditioning) and perfectly located.

− No on-site staff. I would have probably not stayed there had I realized it was a glorified Air BnB. Other people staying there loved it. My problem was I just stayed at a comparable apartment hotel in Porto that had no on-site staff but was fabulous. Each bedtoom had a closet with hangers. I did not have to sign a contract with rules, cleaning requirements and a deposit. They were very responsive. These are First World problems but after staying at Thomas Palace in Porto, this place was a let down.

The property was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was excellent—everything was within walking distance. The apartment had a modern design while still offering an authentic local atmosphere. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during the hot weather. My family had a wonderful stay, and we would definitely choose this property again.

− The oven wasn't working, but it was only a minor issue since everything else functioned well. We also didn't receive responses via WhatsApp, though calling was easy, and the staff provided prompt and helpful assistance when we had trouble opening the main entrance door.

Lang weekend Madrid

Dit appartement ligt op een ideale locatie in het centrum van Madrid. Op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden zoals het Koninklijk Paleis, Sol Plaza, Mercado St Miguel en de diverse winkelstraten. Ook is het Prado museum eenvoudig lopend of met de Metro te bereiken. Goede airconditioning noodzakelijk bij ruim 30gr overdag.

− Wij waren met vier volwassenenen en zoals door meerdere aangegeven is het uitschuifbed in de kleine slaapkamer hier niet op berekend. Wij hebben daarom 1 matras in huiskamer gelegd anders kan deur kamer niet open. Een goede slaapbank of smaller bed in de kamer zou een oplossing zijn.
