10.0Host, Andrew is brilliant. From the start an active effort was made to reach out to ensure all check in was done smoothly with clear directions on how to get to property. He made himself available to any requests or concerns we may have. Apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. Great view of lake. Ideal in location as is close to London but away from the hustle and bustle. DLR train station within walking distance and a Sainsbury in front of the building. Cafes around so we could have our morning coffee and pastries.
− There is the sound of traffic but I would not say it took away from our experience and would still return to the same apartment.
