Dirty, poorly maintained apartment with an unhelpful host who refused to take responsibility despite clear evidence.
1.0Unfortunately, I cannot mention anything positive because the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
− This was one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. The apartment was dirty upon arrival. There were bleach stains on the towels, dirt and dust throughout the room, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The toilet was stained, the shelves were dusty, and the light switch was damaged. The smart lock on the entrance door was loose and appeared insecure, which made me feel unsafe. There were marks and poor maintenance throughout the apartment. The listing did not match the condition of the property. I contacted the host immediately and requested a cancellation and refund because the apartment was not in acceptable condition. The host refused and insisted that I use travel insurance instead of taking responsibility for the property’s condition. Even after I provided photos as evidence, they rejected my request. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

9.0Right when we arrived, we were absolutely blown away. This place is like a little paradise in the middle of Miami and a true oasis. We had everything we could possibly need. Our mistake, we could only stay for two nights! We were already regretting not booking a longer stay on our very first day.
− The airflow from the air conditioning blowing directly toward the bed/dining table was a bit uncomfortable.

− que no tenía espacio para comer, no podrías regular el clima, el ruido en la habitación de a lado, y la poca empatía del anfitrión. Nuestro vuelo salía tarde, y le pedimos de favor si nos podíamos hacer el check out mas tarde, sabiendo que no tenía huesped al día siguiente, y nos cobraba $50 dolares por 2 horas más, Jamás me había pasado esto, entiendo que si entraría otro huesped tengo que salir, pero no entraba nadie. Le comenté que pagando los $50 dolares me podría quedar hasta las 2pm, y me quería cobrar el día completo, muy mal de su parte, No lo recomiendo y no regreso ahí. Solo me hospedé ahí porque tenía 3 camas y fuimos 3 amigos y no teníamos muchas opciones. Y si eres de sueño ligero pasan muchos aviones a todas horas por la cercanía del aeropuerto
