9.0Prime location. Nearby everything I needed or wanted to go. Aventura Mall 2 minutes, banks, supermarket, restaurants, and public park for the kids. Everything about 5 minutes away from the apartment. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive all times. The condo was good too, the pool was great.
− I noticed some plates inside the apartment were broken, the sink in one of the bathrooms needs repair, and the fridge was dirty we had to clean it. But none of it disturbed our stay which was great by the way. The mattresses on both bedrooms were the only thing we really didn't like about the apartment. The mattress was extremely soft; we had some difficulty falling asleep and getting up.

8.0Die lage war sehr schön. Je nach Verkehr ist man eine halbe Stunde bis Stunde nach Miami am Weg, das muss einem bewusst sein, dafür hat man Ruhe und Sicherheit. Die Anlage in der sich die Wohnung befindet war sehr, sehr schön. Der Pool gepflegt und die Aussicht auf den Mangrovenstreifen interessant, weil sich direkt vor dem Balkon morgens die Iguanas versammelt haben. Wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Eine ruhige angenehme Gegend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgezeichnet gut! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm!
− Es hätte sauberer sein können. Der Boden war stark verschmutzt. Unsere Socken und Hausschuhe waren mach kurzer Zeit schwarz auf der Sohle. Leider hat der Geschirrspüler nicht funktioniert, das hätten wir gerne im Vorfeld gewusst. Es waren zu wenig Handtücher vorhanden. Wir waren eine Woche da zu 4 und hatten insgesamt 6 Handtücher.
