Problem beim Check-in – Zugangscode hat nicht funktioniert
1.0− Der Code für die Tür hat leider nicht funktioniert. Wir haben mehrmals versucht, den Besitzer bzw. Verwalter zu erreichen, aber erst nach etwa einer Stunde hat er sich gemeldet – während wir die ganze Zeit vor der Tür gewartet haben. Er schlug vor, den Schlüssel bei seinem Nachbarn abzuholen, was ich jedoch abgelehnt habe. Anschließend sollten wir noch eine halbe Stunde warten, bis die Putzfrau einen Schlüssel bringt – auch das habe ich abgelehnt. Nach insgesamt zwei Stunden Wartezeit und mehreren Gesprächen mit dem Support von Booking.com sowie dem Besitzer wurde schließlich die Buchung storniert. Das Geld habe ich zurückerhalten und musste mir eine neue Unterkunft suchen.
