Perfect apartment with everything you would want
9.0This is a very good and spacious studio apartment situated in a vibrant neighborhood close to everything you need. The S train station to take you from/to the airport is literally in front of the windows. Even though we have been placed on the ground level, we have not been disturbed by the noise from the street. Since we have been travelling with a 11 months old baby, the apartment provided everything from a crib to a high chair and baby dishes. I think you cannot expect more from the host in terms of supplies. The host was very polite and welcoming, communicating with us on all the details about where to find the keys and how to access the building. They also allowed us to check out later since the cleaning lady was arriving in the afternoon only. All in all, a perfect stay!
− Some corners of the apartment were dusted. However, this is such a minor thing that it didn't change our overall super positive experience with this place. I would definitely stay there one more time.

10.0great location, perfect equipment (kitchen, laundry, etc), spacious studio. staff responds super quickly to any query, they go the extra mile to make you feel at home and well looked after. the backyard is 100% Berlin poetry. highly recommended for families.
− the street has noise till 2am on weekends and there's no privacy because it's a studio, no walls. the bathroom has no window and it is a bit difficult to ventilate.

10.0The property is in a good location in Berlin with a number of goods restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. Local transport is nearby. Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. I would stay here again.

− not well cleaned, rusty dishwasher, forgotten cutlery in dishwasher, tissue on floor, floor not well cleaned (could see this because we came with small baby who played on the floor), furniture had stains on the floor level, matrace too soft for us (but that is just matter of the taste I suppose)
