− Weinig handdoeken geen koffie voor de 1e dag, slechte zonwering, helemaal eigenlijk niet, alleen gordijnen. Slecht werkende spoelbak in douche , slecht werkende koelkast en waterkoker. Weinig comfort in de woonkamer slecht zittende bank en vol vlekken.

− Keine Klimaanlage, Tramhsltestellen weit entfernt.

7.0The view was nice, you can see the TV tower from the balcony. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The windows were very well sound proofed.
− There were no mosquito nets, there was dust on the TV table and around the kitchen area, and also cobwebs. The place could use a deeper cleaning. If you don’t close the windows you can hear a lot of noise from people gathering at night in the park area.
Lovely little place
8.0Good sized studio with balcony on the edge of a park. We had the sun in the morning. U bahn and tram stops not far away. .
− Would have liked for there to have been a freeze compartment in the fridge. There is no aircon but a fan that is quite noisy. There is also alot of noise coming from " troubled" people in the park, even at night. They tend to sit on the bench below. There is no back entrance. For us it would have been ideal as we have back and knie issues.

8.0The view over the park was great-perfect place to sit and have my morning coffee. Everything you could need was within walking distance. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Well done renovation of the bathroom. We appreciated the clear instructions left by the host (except for garbage location) as well as the local recommendations-nice touch! Will definitely stay there again if we make it back to Berlin!
− The apartment was showing some wear and tear. There was a whole wall of cabinets (wardrobe) in the main room and a couple of the drawers were broken so we didn't use the wardrobe at all. Garbage location was confusing-note just said blue doors but all the doors are blue (and there are many) so took us a while to find it. Would have like to have a broom so we could sweep up after ourselves (didn't see one anywhere). I found a vacuum but the day were we checking out was a sunday so I didn't want to disturb the neighbors by running the vacuum.
