Avoid this place despite host is nice !

It’s clean !

− Location is very far and there is a huge construction next toe building which makes an unbearable noise starting from early 6am. Due to the poor location of the building, taking into account the district with lots of middle eastern immigrants, it felt like not Berlin but Turkey or Arabic country district. Transport is very poor and you have to wait for a long time to get onto it. WIFI was stated on booking list as an amenity but actually WiFi was super slow like 2G internet back 20years ago. You can not even open WhatsApp image and host didn’t help at all. Just is very nice to be fair but did not help at all with iron or internet. Kitchen wares are also very poor like temu quality and they don’t have even lid. Lid costs 2-3 euro. Boiler has a problem when you take a shower it does not give constant warm water. 1 min warm and again cold and again warm. I got a cold because of it !!! Generally, host is nice and house is clean but location and facilities are super poor so you will have very poor exit you come as a tourist like us.

公共交通出行方便，附近就有公交车站，离S41/S42也不远。提前告知店主到达时间，店主亲自当面交接钥匙，用翻译软件介绍公寓设备，注意事项。建议这些介绍可以拍成视频发送给客人，钥匙放门口的密码盒中，这样方便店主和客人，不用提前约当面交接钥匙的时间。

− WIFI速度太慢了。餐桌旁边的4把椅子太高。如果厨房配个小锅就更好了。

It's in a great location, with sbahn nearby you can get to the city in no time. The host was very kind and helpful.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Zur Begrüßung hatte er uns eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Hugo in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Das fanden wir sehr nett.

− Die Ausstattung war einfach, aber es war alles da, was man braucht.

Prima für einen Kurzurlaub mit guter Ringbahnanbindung

Lage war für mich sehr gut, direkt an der Ringbahn. Wohnung sehr sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prima, Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Wlan für mich in Ordnung. Es war vom Haus her ruhig, aber wenn jemand vorbeigelaufen ist und sich unterhalten hat, dachte man er/sie läuft durchs Zimmer. Zum Glück war nachts nicht viel los.

− Sehr laut von der Straße her, dafür vom Haus her ruhig. Sonst hat alles gepasst.
