1.0Der Vermieter hat unsere Nachrichten und Anrufe ignoriert am Anreisetag, die Hotline von booking.com war auch keine Hilfe, ist ein sehr schönes Erlebnis wenn man mit 8 Mann in Berlin steht und nicht weiß wo man schlafen soll. Finger weg, absolute abzocke.
