Top Lage, gute Ausstattung, kleine Abstriche bei Details, insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert.
8.0Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe des Ostbahnhofs mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV sowie Supermärkten, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist funktional und zugleich angenehm individuell eingerichtet, mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr zuverlässig und schnell – bei einem Problem mit dem Zugangssystem wurde sofort geholfen. Das kontaktlose Check-in hat top funktioniert.
− Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt eher einfach gehalten, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend ist, aber an einigen Stellen etwas funktionaler als komfortorientiert wirkt. Sonst nichts, was sich nicht direkt hätte klären lassen.

7.0El apartamento está bien pese a que el edificio es viejo y no es agradable. Tiene buen equipamento, completo. Hay un supermercado cerca.
− El edificio. La ubicación podría conseguir algo mejor ubicado por el precio aunque el acceso al transporte es relativamente cerca. No evalúo el personal porque no hay ningún contacto. Las instrucciones de acceso al edificio y al apartamento no son del todo claras pero se logra. Si no tiene internet (hoy poco probable) no tiene ninguna posibilidad de entrar
