We’ve found our go-to place to stay whenever we’re going to be in London, and we’re in London pretty often.
10.0Fantastic stay, and a huge part of that was down to Marc, our host and concierge. From the moment we arrived he was so warm and welcoming, and he genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Whatever we needed, big or small, he handled it with real care and made us feel like we were his top priority the whole time. That kind of hospitality is hard to find and it made our trip so much better. The property itself was great too, but Marc is the reason this stay stood out. Would absolutely come back.

9.0Location is terrific. Can walk to West End theaters. Air Conditioning worked great. Flat was large and modern.
− Not much. Concierge is present during office hours only, but we didn't need to use them much.
