7.0- O local é bem decorado e arrumado; - as acomodações são boas; - a cozinha é bem organizada e funcional.
− - a localização é boa, mas a caminhada até a estação de metro (Alto de Extremadura) é um pouco longa; - o banheiro tem mau cheiro considerável; - tentei contato com os anfitriões durante a estadia, mas não consegui.

− Imposible aparcar en la zona. Todo era zona verde y azul, cosa que no se indicaba en la descripción. Poca presión de agua en el baño.

10.0Schoon appartement met twee ruime slaapkamers. Comfortabele bedden. Goede wifi. Rustige buurt. Airco. Goede communicatie met de gastheer. Het ligt dicht bij metro/ supermarkt en restaurantjes. Niet in het centrum maar in de ring eromheen, dat maakt dat je meer tussen de locale bevolking zit wat wij net heel leuk vonden na een dag sightseeing. En het is rustiger en ook goedkoper. het appartement is qua prijs en kwaliteit is prima.
− Geen gezellige zithoek, de woonkamer/ keuken is daar te klein voor. Al stond koffie en theefaciliteiten klaar. Er was een tv maar die hebben we niet gebruikt. De douche moet even op gang komen, de straal blijft dan matig maar prima om mee te douchen.
