9.0Posizione è molto centrale e vicina ai mezzi pubblici. La casa è ampia, il salotto e la cucina agevolano lo stare insieme e la conversazione tra le persone. Le stanze sono pulite, i bagni pure.
− Migliorerei l'accesso all'appartamento che presenta scale piccole ed è abbastanza faticosa se i visitatori hanno valigie. Il bagno della camera padronale al secondo piano presentava un odore acre, non dipendente dalla casa in sè ma molto probabilmente dal sistema fognario della zona.
