Very good location, safe area. Fine for one night
5.0Very good location, area felt very safe at all times. Tube stations easy to get to. Very affordable. Staff/managers were extremely helpful and easy to get hold of, very friendly. Bed quite comfy.
− For the price it’s okay. Just somewhere to sleep for one night. The price is for the location, not the property in my opinion. Air conditioning makes room smell a little stuffy/damp, it might need cleaning or updating. Only real problem I think is worth mentioning as it seems a little dangerous- The room is somewhat like a box and felt very claustrophobic. You can’t open any windows and they have metal bars on the other side. No air ever gets into this room. To get into the room you need to unlock three separate doors. One door leads to a cupboard room/empty space, then you keep exiting from there. I didn’t see any smoke alarms so if something were to happen and you needed to make a quick escape whilst trying to get these doors open I really don’t think this is possible… it made us feel quite uneasy and ‘hidden away’. I think something needs to be done about that as I’d be surprised it passed fire regulations.

4.0Location is great close to Marble Arch shops etc.
− Place is tired smell of damp bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom poor on safety cheap plastic toilet seat Television remote had no barry cover and needed new batterys . In general the place needed a deep clean.

9.0The location was excellent. It was quiet and safe and close to everything that makes a memorable and enjoyable vacation, such as restaurants, transportation, pubs and supermarkets. The host was very kind to allow us to check in before time and the manager, Wayan, was very kind and helpful. Wayan responded expeditiously to all our requests and need for any assistance. Our warm regards to him.
