Had a lovely short family break last weekend, a really nice spacious property, all rooms large double size, location is good, a short walk to Chancery lane tube station, added bonus was service road space to unload the car right outside the property.

− Not a problem for us, but one thing to be aware of if you struggle with stairs, property is split level with bedrooms downstairs.

Liked the location, coop being close by, Kings restaurants close too, and having 3 bedrooms and 3 attached baths was very helpful.

− On one of the nights the temperature went down a bit and we were not able to get the radiator heat going. I got instructions to thermostat but i doubt that i made a mistake reducing the temperature (too basic) so have a feeling that it was turned off at the boiler. But it did not change the overall experience much.

Overall lovely apartment in a charming area with lots of space.

Great location - lots of stores and restaurants near by including the higher end shops of Lambs Conduit. Located on a Mews street so was very peaceful at night but very to several bus lines that brought us all over London. A little farther walk took us to several tube stations including a stop on the Elizabeth line that took us right from the airport. The surrounding area was lovely and you could easily walk to Holborn or SoHo. The apartment itself was spacious with a nice kitchen area with table, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Beds were firm but comfortable. Flat outfitted with really great smelling soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner which was very much appreciated. Also appreciated having 2 sets of keys which seems to be less and less standard lately. Tv had some cable channels which was wonderful to watch local shows. We were not able to check in early but we could leave our luggage starting at 12:30 which was helpful. Overall this is a great apartment with lots of space in a charming area and would be happy to stay again.

− Relatively minor issues compared to the upsides but worth noting. Despite the listing indicating the apartment was air conditioned, it does not have central air but a portable machine that would only cool the kitchen. Our apartment is a duplex on the ground and cellar floors so there is no ability to open a window and anyone walking past the street can see in. The bedrooms underground are outfitted with a skylight to let natural light in but there is no way to close that so the morning sun can wake you at first light. Lastly there were a couple of smaller bits showing their age like the carpets and bathroom.
