− NOT CLEAN. We had to live in mess created by at least a weeks worth of people living in the apartment, all because the cleaning company had “overbooked”. The owner should have been made aware of this and she should have absolutely done more to fix the issue

Lovely accommodation with an ideal location!
10.0The location was ideal, very close to the Hampstead and Belsize stations and lovely bakeries, restaurants, and pubs. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The host was easily contacted and very helpful.

1.0− The place is in a good location. Honestly, we were very surprised when we arrived and found the place dirty, there was trash, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and there were towels on the floor behind the door. We reported it to the property owner; she apologized and said she would send someone to take care of it, but no one ever came. In the end, my partner and I had to clean the place ourselves and change the bed sheets and towels. The property owner promised to refund us one night’s stay plus the cleaning fees due to the incident, but we never received the payment. We reached out to her again, but she never responded.So do yourselves a favor, if something like this ever happens to you through this app, take photos and videos as soon as you arrive, and if the issue isn’t resolved right away, contact Booking’s customer service directly.
