7.0Lo mejor de todo fue la ubicación, realmente excepcional.
− En primer lugar, es cierto que nuestra estancia coincidió con una ola de calor imprevista,pero las ventanas (por motivos de seguridad según nos dijeron) solo se podían abrir unos centímetros ,y el sol daba de pleno en el apartamento, y solo disponíamos de dos ventiladores medianos y uno pequeño ; eso hizo que no fuera muy agradable ni cómodo poder descansar. Por otra parte tuvimos problemas con la ducha : el agua salía hirviendo y no había forma de abrir el agua fria ; después de algunos desencuentros con la dueña, el problema se solucionó dos días antes de irnos. También quiero destacar que la dueña nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora que le pedimos ( eso si, había que decirlo con 48 horas de antelación).

10.0Apartamento muy cómodo, podías elegir salir a cenar o comer allí si estabas cansado. Bien ubicado, nos permitia salir a recorrer y volver al apartamento a descansar un rato sin problemas. Los ventiladores fueron muy útiles porque fuimos en verano. Todo excelente sin dudas volvería.

10.0Les imperfections sont compensées par les qualités. Nous avons adoré (famille de 6 personnes). Les avantages incontournables sont la situation (au coeur de Soho), les équipements (difficile de faire plus complet) et la réactivité des hôtes qui répondent très rapidement via les messages écrits dans l'application. Séjour réussi en grande partie grâce à ce magnifique appartement au centre de Londres réservé du jour au lendemain ... Merci pour tout !

We have good IT support and issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported to us can sometimes take up to 48 hours to repair/replace, unless extremely urgent. However, we endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
