Not a luxury. More of a nightmare.
3.0The location was just what we needed as we were attending the BTS concerts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
− The listing lied. It said futons were available and a sofa bed. Not true. There were blow up mattresses which were punctured and wouldn’t hold air. Sofa is just a sofa, not a bed. The lock on front door was broken. The sheets and towels felt old and not very clean. Various things in the apartment were broken. The shower head and tap over the bath was broken. Blinds at window ripped. Shower drained blocked and nearly overflowed each time we used it. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling over the bed. The gas or electric meter started setting off a very loud ALARM after midnight which we couldn’t figure how to turn off. Worst of all, the host did not respond to any of my queries or requests either in the lead up to our stay or while we were there. The only response I received was when the code they sent me for the key safe was wrong. They sent the correct code and said oops sorry, been busy with work. I contacted Booking multiple times for support and got nothing. This was incredibly stressful experience. Thankfully we had a great time seeing BTS. Let’s hope they play Wembley next time instead.

2.0A busz a ház előtt áll meg. A ház alatt van egy jó bolt. 2db fürdőszoba van.
− A kulcsszéf kódja nem a leírt szám volt, végül telefonáltunk, utána pár perc után megtudtuk a kódot. A tisztaság nem volt túl nagy. Futonágyak nincsekek! A nappaliban a kanapé nem kihúzató, egy embernek is rövid az alváshoz! Csak 5db matrac, amiből 3db lyukas!!! A maradék kettőből a egyik foltos. Végül a társaság egy része a FÖLDÖN aludt! A 2db franciágy kicsit kicsi, de elment. Poharat 3db-ot találtunk, valamint 2db csészét. Takarón, lepedőn, törölközőn osztozkodni kellett.
