The extra little amenities like coffee, milk and water bottles was nice. Good supply of sundries including washing machine detergent. Quick response from the host regarding what we thought was a burned out light bulb (it was on a dimmer switch so issue was us). Comfortable living and kitchen area. Central location to many places to eat and places to see like the British Museum, The National Gallery, and St. Martin-in-the Fields Church.

− We didn't realize when we rented that this was a 3 story apartment with spiral staircase type stairs leading up to the 2nd and 3rd floors which were the bedrooms. Our bedroom was at the top and there was no A/C so we had to sleep with the windows open and fans running. There was a heat wave in London (which of course our hosts cannot control) but this apartment is located on a very busy street in Covent Garden and we were not aware of that when we booked. Consequently, we were kept awake by revelers, party goers, drunks and garbage trucks until about 3 a.m. every night. I doubt that even with the windows closed, it would be a quiet place to sleep. Additionally, we couldn't figure out the washing machine and believe it is malfunctioning. The dryer would only go for 13 minutes and then shut off so we'd have to be there to restart it. It took us a half day to get a load of laundry done with all the fidgeting we had to do for both the washing and the drying cycles. However, we were grateful that the machine was in the apartment.

Hôte très réactive, arrangeante et sympathique et accès à l’appartement plus tôt. Appartement spacieux ( deux grandes sdb). Situation parfaite et centrale. On peut tout faire à pieds.

− L’odeur désagréable dans l’appartement ( entrée ) et le bruit dans la rue ( pas de double vitrage).

Fantastic 2 bed cottage in the absolute best location with some of London’s best food and drinks at our doorstep. Stayed with our 10 and 6 year olds. Very comfortable beds, great showers and well equipped kitchen including a washing machine. We stayed during a very cold snap in London and the house was warm and cosy. Loved every minute of our stay. We were met by our host Katie who talked us through the property- great comms and super helpful! Hope to stay again next time we are in London.

− House is spread across 3 floors which we loved but worth noting there are a lot of stairs which might be difficult if you have mobility issues. Not an issue for us at all though.

Would stay here again!

Location! It is in the center of everything and the street is bustling with life! Close to so many restaurants, attractions and underground stations. Only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Covent Garden market. It’s on a charming busy street but my family and I felt safe the whole time we were there. And Nicola, our property host, is absolutely amazing! Responded immediately to any questions we had and suggested tips to make our stay comfortable and pleasant for the 7 days we were there. Will book again in the future!
