− We had difficulty finding the dock to board the boat line N1 from Santa Lucia train station. It would have been better to provide the direction to go to the rightest dock.
Location great, spacious apartment well equipped, quiet and comfortable
9.0The location was great, nice and quiet area but a few minutes walk to reach the hussle and bustle tourist areas! Apartment was bigger than expected well, equipped and comfortable with a great host, who was always happy to help! Easy to reach by water bus right outside pretty much. Would definitely stay here again or recommend.

9.0Great location in a quiet part of Venice just steps from the vaporetto (water transport). The apartment was well designed and spotlessly clean. Interactions with the host Alvise were easy on What's App, where he made several recommendations for food markets and restaurants; payment of city tax could be done by PayPal. Kitchen design very nice.
− Only that the edge of the suspended stairs on the ground level could use some sort of cushioning or bumper to avoid accidents such as hitting the head when storing something below them.

10.0Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (speziell die Beleuchtung :-) )., und ich denke, für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist in der Küche alles da, aber wir haben davon keinen Gebrauch gemacht, da wir nur 5 Nächte dort waren und deshalb in der nahen Umgebung sehr gut Essen gehen konnten (Muro Venezia, Malenciaga in Laufnähe / Angaben per Ende März 2026). kann zu anderen Zeiten anders sein, was ich nicht weiss.
− Einen kurze Broschüre, wie die Bedienung der Geräte funktioniert und wie man den Müll trennt , wäre hilfreich gewesen. Im Zweifelsfall hätten wir den Vermieter kontaktiert
Super flat in a great position
9.0The position is super, close to vaporetto service, shops and eateries. The flat is beautifully designed and furnished. The manager was very helpful.
− The flat lacks instruction manuals for the appliances and heating. Also the floor heating should be switched on prior to guests arriving as it takes two days to get from 15°C to 20°C.
