9.0la ubicación , la limpieza , comodidad y todos los electrodomésticos funcionaban . Los aires acondicionados refrescaban perfectamente aún con altísima temperatura
− Todo perfecto ! Solo mejoraría las instrucciones de ingreso a la propiedad , no es claro si hay que tocar timbre o llamar por teléfono y muchas veces el roaming internacional no se conectaba bien en la zona .
Great apartment in central Venice, we would definitely stay there again.
9.0The Apartment is very centrally located. It is a very short, mostly flat, walk from the vaporetto stop to the apartment. We were able to easily wheel our suitcases. There is no elevator and the stairs are small. We had only carry on bags and it was easily. The apartment has a nice layout and there is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and heated floors I think for the winter. The windows have screens so if you want to sleep with them open, you can. The living room was comfortable for the 3 of us and would have been fine for 4 too. We used the washer and it worked great. The internet was also plenty fast and reached the whole apartment.
− We did laundry and there wasn't very many clips to secure our clothes. There is no place to put your shampoo in the shower but I actually felt like the shower was pretty large by Venice standards. There was only 1 remote for the AC units so everyone has to share.
Excellent stay, lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped. Great location.

10.0Es un hermoso apartamento super espacioso para 4 personas. Tiene mosquitera en todas las aberturas y todo está bien cuidado y se ve de calidad. Está a 5 minutos de plaza San Marco, en una ubicación inmejorable. Adriano, el anfitrión, es muy amable y ha estado siempre a disposición nuestra. Volvería sin dudas.
− Nada no me ha gustado. Super recomiendo el apartamento.
