7.0Lösung für Problem gesucht - gefunden! Lage für Besuch der Biennale im Arsenal (Arsenale) hervorragend!!!
− Die angegebenen Zugangscodes funktionierten nicht. Mehrmalig telefoniert. Der angegebene Zugangs-Chip war nicht vorhanden. Lösung konnte gefunden werden. Aber erst nach mehrmaligem telefonieren. Kein Duschgel beigestellt (bitte selbst mitbringen!)..

8.0Very good location between the two main Biennale venues. Well-equipped, clean apartment.
− The communication about the check-in could have been better: first, they wrote that somebody would let us in, and there were a lot of threats about extra fees for getting there late or checking out late. Then there was another message that we would get detailed information about check-in a week before the reservation date, which did not happen. At last, when I asked the day before our arrival about whether someone would let us in or if there was a code, they replied that they would only send us the code at 11 the day of our arrival. They sent it after that time... Anyway, even if our flight was delayed, we made it just in time, 15 minutes before 6 pm. We would have had to pay 25 Euros if we had arrived 15 minutes later:) We find this method of gaining extra money rather stressful. Why don't you just charge that much more for the stay? You would get

10.0这里不在里亚托桥或者圣马可广场的中心区域，要再往前坐2站，步行的话也很近，也就十来分钟吧。但是妙就妙在相对来说比较安静，出门就是海，可以拿着酒坐在海边坐很久。附近有一家冰激凌店，三个球5欧，太不错了。还有一家规模比较大的超市，货物齐全。主人提前好几天就跟我们联系，而且非常贴心地准备了一份资料，详细说了附近有哪些他个人认为比较好吃、性价比高的餐厅，附近哪里有行李寄存，十分贴心。

7.0Ausgezeichnete Lage für Besuch von Biennale (ruhige Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an ACTV, Lebensmittelgeschäft in Nähe, wie auch Cafe, Restaurants, ...) - netter Kontakt zu Vermietung - problemloses Einchecken - Bialetti mit Kaffeepulver - gutes Wlan - Klimaanlage (leider nur in Eingangs-/Küchenbereich).
− Das Apartement ist eher ringhörig - Küche (im Speziellen der Kühlschrank) und generell die Einrichtung sind von gewissem Alter gezeichnet und nicht mehr wirklich zeitgemäss...
