10.0The air con was a life saver, no problem despite the heat wave. The host was so helpful organised a taxi for us back to the airport. Really lovely everything was perfect

8.0Gute Lage, für Biennale Besucher ideale Lage. Sehr nahe an der Alilaguna-Station. Es gibt wirklich alles, vom Erste-Hilfe-Set bis zum Nähzeug. Es gab sogar Kaffee, Tee, Kekse und Öl. Sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Man braucht sich um den Müll nicht zu kümmern, für Venedig ein echter Luxus. Der Empfang am Vaporetto-Steg war sehr freundlich.
− Der Aufzug, eigentlich eine weitere große Annehmlichkeit, ist eine Diva, er erfordert eine besonders aufmerksame Behandlung.

− Appartement au 4ème étage, ascenseur en panne durant tout le séjour. Isolation phonique un peu limite (impression de regarder la télévision avec le voisin du dessus).

10.0La ubicación es perfecta, tanto si vas a visitar la ciudad o solamente la bienal. Es un apartamento muy acogedor, limpio y tranquilo. Vino Marisa a buscarnos a la parada de Arsenale, que está a dos minutos del apartamento. Totalmente recomendable!
