10.0Soggiorno eccellente. La posizione è molto comoda per visitare Venezia e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. La casa era pulita, accogliente e ben curata. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, che ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti fin dal nostro arrivo. Tutto è stato all’altezza delle aspettative e consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi desidera trascorrere qualche giorno a Venezia in un ambiente tranquillo e accogliente. ☺️🥰

7.0La ubicació, tot i estar a 20min a peu del centre, està ubicat en una zona molt agradable i tranquil·la. La cuina està molt equipada i el detall d'aigua freda a la nevera s'agraeix. L'amfitrió va ser molt amable abans i durant el viatge. Es va preocupar per nosaltres en tot moment i ens va ajudar amb informació rellevant per a la visita.
− Els llits no eren còmodes, els coixins convindria renovar-los. No vam poder tancar la porta d'accés amb la balda princiapl durant la nit, sembla que estava encallada. Vam avisar a l'amfitrió però ens va comentar que era difícil trobar un tècnic per reparar-ho. Tanta escala és incòmode, però sembla ser l'estil habitual de Venecia.

8.0Wunderbare Lagen, genau zwischen Arsenale und Gardini an der Via Garibaldi mit tollen Restaurants (Nevodi) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
− Der Einrichtungsstil war etwas zusammengewürfelt. Schlafzimmer ist über eine schmale Wendeltreppe erreichbar, also nichts für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen geeignet.
