A perfect gem with lush garden and terrace facing the Grand Canal
10.0Wonderful property facing the Grand Canal. The apartment was perfect and comfortable, wonderful style. The terrace had beach beds, lush garden and sitting area facing the canal. A perfect gem that I recommend to all my friends and family.

10.0This place is an absolute gem. The location is amazing, with views of the grand canal and a lovely patio and garden to enjoy. The kitchen was modern and the apartment was very spacious. Insane value in Venice during peak summer travel season. The neighborhood is also lovely since it’s not as touristy as the area around San Marco but still full of restaurants, bakeries and shops. Quick access to Guglie stop for the Alilaguna from the airport.
− The flooring in one of the bedrooms needs attention as there was some damage to the surface. Showers are tiny (as is typical in Europe).

10.0This property was magical!! As soon as you meet Antonio you feel taken care of. He is amazing. Once you walk into the apartment, it is absolutely stunning! The chandeliers, the gorgeously decorated rooms, the cleanliness, the views right on the Grand Canal where we enjoyed spending time watching the boats go by! You can open the shutters from one of the bedrooms and wave to the gondolas. Honestly, it was everything you could absolutely dream of staying in Venice would be. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this exact place again! Highly recommend. Thank you Antonio! 💜
