Great place for short stay in Venice.
7.0Great little studio flat on top floor in very heart of the city. Fantastic communication with the host. Flat is quite small (old building) and I would say rather fine for shorter stays and smaller groups. It's good to explore the city and the terrace is fantastic for breakfast and late supper with the views. It's got Venetian feel to it as you can hear people living around.
− Might be noisy at night or early morning. It's heart of the city centre. Expect some noise.
Loved Venice but the stairs and lack of usable space detracted a little

− I’m tall and there’s no head room constantly hitting my head on the ceiling. You’re in the roof of the building so the aircon is quite ineffective. So many stairs if you have lots of luggage like we did and they weren’t mentioned Before hand

10.0Die Wohnung ist fantastisch! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles sehr sauber, richtig gute Lage gleich bei der Rialto und dem Teatro La Fenice. Und am besten ist natürlich die sehr große Altana mit sehr bequemen Sitzmöbeln sowie Sonnenschirm. Wir waren zum 6. Mal für eine Woche in dieser herrlichen Stadt und hatten bisher noch nie eine so schöne Unterkunft! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Wir geben 11 von 10 Punkten 😉!

10.0The apartment is amazing, it’s VERY well equipped- trust me. All amenities were there - coffee, tea, bathroom stuff, everything. The host even left 6 bottles of water in the fridge. Andrea is the BEST host I’ve ever had among my all trips to Italy and Venice especially. Very polite and pleasant, he helped me with the luggage to take it upstairs and that was very nice of him. He was always in touch for any questions. There are hosts that have to learn from him how to be a great host. Only positive impression.

Nettes Apartment abseits des Mainstreams
8.0Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön mit einem Blick über die Dächer. Nur das Bild stimmt nicht mehr die Möbel sind anders aber sehr bequem. Lt. anderen Bewertungen wüssten wir das es viele Stiegen gibt 4. Stock und die letzten Stufen sind wirklich sehr schmal. Das ist der Preis für die schöne Terrasse. Die Küche ist für ein kleines Frühstück ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage war sehr wichtig da gerade eine Hitzewelle war und hat gut funktioniert. Andrea war immer sehr schnell und freundlich mit Antworten wenn Fragen waren.
− Das Bett ist ein wenig hart aber das ist natürlich Ansichtssache. In der Dusche hat die Handdusche nicht funktioniert man konnte nicht umschalten. Für Menschen über 160 cm muss man auf den Kopf aufpassen weil die Balken sehr niedrig sind. Aber auch hier wußten wir das aus den Bewertungen.
